Audrina Patridge sat down with “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Wednesday, to discuss her new reality TV show “Audrina,” her mom’s infamous TMZ video, and rumors of datingPrince Harry’s polo buddy Nic Roldan.
Right out of the gate Ryan asked Audrina her feelings about the TMZ video of her mother‘s alcohol-fueled rant, saying “you just gotta clear it up.” Audrina jokingly and lovingly replied that her mother had “one too many glasses of wine. My mom has no filter, and once she gets into talking about something, there’s no holding back. She’s very supportive and very protective… if someone puts her off, there’s no stopping.”
Audrina told Ryan a bit about her new VH1 show starring both mother and daughter, and how it differs from “The Hills.”
“I thought it would be a great chance to show my fans the other side of my life. The family side and the career side, and everything in between, ” said Audrina. “The cameras were there for everything, so it was a ride.”
Ryan lastly asked Audrina about the rumors of her dating a friend of Prince Harry’s. Audrina, blushing replied ”I knew you were going to ask me about this… what do I say about this?” Ellen takes a guess asking if he’s Prince Carl of Sweden. Audrina denies, then stating “I am talking to someone, his name is Nic, he’s a Polo player, and we’ve been talking… He lives on the east coast and I live on the west, so we talk a lot and we hang out every now and then.” He is friends with Prince Harry, “they all play Polo together.” Ryan and Ellen both then wondered if she would be attending the Royal Wedding although not yet being invited.
