As soon as Jake found out that he was going to run into his ex Vienna and her new boyfriend Kasey Kahl, he ran from the party!
Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka almost came face-to-face with ex-fiancee Vienna Girardi on April 7, but when he found out she was at the same party – he made like lightning and bolted for his car!
“He was originally unaware that Vienna was there, he arrived at least an hour after her,” a party-going witness tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Then realizing that she was there, instead of going into the event he ran over to where his car was by valet.”
But before he knew that Vienna was actually at the Svedka Vodka’s Night of a Billion Reality Stars at Hollywood’s Lexington Social House, Jake spoke with HollywoodLife.com about Vienna and her new beau Kasey Kahl.
“I think that is great, I think that is awesome,” he said of Vienna and Kasey’s relationship, clearly caught off-guard by the question. Despite his discomfort, he maintained that her new budding romance didn’t bother him. Jake also added that he has not spoken with Viennasince they split.
And once he found out she was inside — he hightailed it out of there! “I never saw one person try to get out of an area faster then he did,” the onlooker tells us. “He did not want to interact with her at all. It was hilarious how he rushed out of there to avoid her.”
Another source tells us Jake wasn’t trying to get away from Vienna at all, but he had to get back to work.
“The moment he pulled up, production called him right back for a reshoot so he barely even had time to do the carpet, but did out of courtesy to the photographers who had waited over half an hour for him,” the partier tells us, adding, “He didn’t even know she was still there when he arrived.”
Vienna and Kasey, on the other hand, didn’t appear to know that Jake had arrived. They seemed quite thrilled by their evening outing together.
“I really like her smile, her smile gets me every time,” Kasey gushed to HollywoodLife.com.
“Awwwwwwww, he is such a charmer,” Vienna added. “He is so sweet and genuinely nice to me, its not an act!” OH! What a jab at Jake!
