It’s no secret we love Zach Roerig (Matt Donovan) around here. Those baby blues, that adorable smile. Really, what’s not to like? (And we love him for more than just his looks, we swear!)
So needless to say, we were stoked to find this video chat with Zach for a plethora of reasons. Not only does he fill us in on Matt’s future now that he’s in-the-supernatural-know, we also get to stare at those sculpted biceps for seven minutes. What?
So, how is Matt going to deal now that he knows all the vampire ish? “Once he gets over the shock and the general fear, he'll reach a point of understanding,” Zach says. “I don't think he's going to turn his back on Caroline forever, and especially, Matt will never turn his back onElena."
But being a good friend can have its disadvantages — especially when it puts you in the path of the most destructive creature of all time. “Now that he knows, he could be killed,” Zach says.
Ruh roh. Could Matt be one of the character’s biting the dust? Say it ain’t so!
