Klaus may be the most feared vampire of all time, but wow, danger never looked so good.
At the end of last night’s episode, we finally caught a glimpse of Klaus — kind of. Thanks to some fancy-schmancy vampire tricks, the evilest of evil made himself comfortable inside Alaric’s poor, compelled body. But very soon, Klaus will be showing up in his own vessel (and we shudder to think what will become of our favorite vamp hunter then), and Kat Graham (Bonnie Bennett) says the fans will be “just as freaked out” by his ominous presence as the characters.
Her only hope? That fans can distinguish between the on-screen Klaus and the off-screen Joseph Morgan. “... He’s doing such a phenomenal job as Klaus, I want people to really see that and not be like, ‘Oh I hate you, you’re such an a**hole trying to kill Elena!’ He’s just an actor,” she explains. “By the end of the season he might be either really hated or really loved.” Considering how to-die-for gorgeous Joseph is, we’re guessing it’ll be a little bit o’ both.
