The moment ‘Delena’ fans have been waiting for could happen in May! Do you think/hope it’ll happen?
Personally, I think we’re LONG overdue for a little Damon-Elena action. Last season’s finale — in which Damon kissed Katherine, thinking she was Elena — was the ultimate tease for “Delena” fans, though it certainly wasn’t the couple’s final near-kiss. The sexual tension between them has grown consistently over the past two seasons, and I’m ready for it to hit its boiling point. Heck, Damon even told Elena he loved her this season… before compelling her to forget.While we’re all anxious to see what will happen with Klaus and the sacrifice on the May 12 season finale of The Vampire Diaries, it looks like there’s another development we can all look forward to: a possible hookup between Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder!) A new photo on TVGuide.com reveals that Damon and Elena will have a very intimate encounter on the finale, titled “As I Lay Dying,” which is sure to get fans excited. Especially “Delena” fans! (I'm Not!!)
