Glee Music: The Best and Worst From "Rumours"

Glee manages to pack an insane number of songs into each episode, which means there will always be a few standouts along with the inevitable dud or two. We've narrowed the performances from “Rumours” down to the very best and the not-so-great. After all, not every Glee cover can be a bestseller on iTunes!

Look who's on stage! Hello, Kurt!
Rachel (Lea Michele) absolutely slayed it on “Go Your Own Way,” but the song that really made an emotional impact, long after the episode had ended? Santana’s (Naya Rivera) incredibly moving performance of “Songbird.” She adds so much passion and sadness to the simple, plaintive song, and her tears at the end are downright gut-wrenching. Why does thisSantana — the one with actual feelings — always insist on hiding out?

Worst Performance of the Night: "I Don’t Want to Know" by Quinn and Finn

Because the show went with a classic breakup album like “Rumours,” these songs really make us feel something — with the exception of Finn(Cory Monteith) and Quinn’s (Dianna Agron) number. The struggling couple has very little chemistry during the song, and their petty, jealous bickering reminds us of how ridiculous it is that these two are even still together. Saying that Finn and Quinn need to give their relationship one more chance is like saying you don’t know if a new Nicolas Cage movie is any good until you see it for yourself. (Face it — it’s not going to be good.)
