We love how Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna(Ashley Benson), andSpencer (Troian Bellisario) have completely different fashion preferences that reflect their personalities. Each girl has a signature stylethat’s evolved since the show began. However, the little liars may surprise us next season.
Lucy hinted to Nylonthat the girls may switch up their styles and try new beauty tricks. She explained, “I can tell you that next season, all of our characters have room to play around a little more and do different things with our clothes and our beauty looks.” We’re not saying Hanna will suddenly become artsy, but the girls’ styles will transform even more along with their stories. This is always the case since PLL Costume Designer Mandi Lineconsiders the plot and character arc when picking out clothes, but it sounds like the girls will give us even more fashion inspiration in the future.
Lucy also hinted that her hair might be different next season. No not with a pink streak (that was so old Aria), but Lucy revealed, “I just got my hair a little lighter — the producers don't know yet, so we'll see if they let me keep it! If they do, then Aria will have a new hair color.” We wonder whatEzra (Ian Harding) will think of it.
